COST

$125 per athlete FLAT RATE

There are NO REFUNDS without a

Dr's note explaining an injury prevents

the athlete from competing.

DEADLINE

February 15, 2025

A late fee of $10 per athlete is charged after

the deadline.

Orders submitted after midnight 3/14 will be

delivered to your gym 2-3 weeks after the event.

ADMISSION

$10 for ages 5 and older

4 and under are FREE

Please register on the USAG website using their meet

reservation system.

JUDGES PENALTY FEE

-Each team is required to provide one judge per discipline for which they are entered in the competition. There is a $30 penalty per discipline when no judge is provided. (Example... A team is competing in all three events, that club only supplies two judges... Penalty due would be $30.) 

 

-If a team has less than 10 athletes participating, the above penalty is waived, but, there will be a fee of $1 per athlete per event for which a judge is not provided. 

​

-Clubs with teams competing for the first time with USA Gymnastics this season are EXEMPT from the Judges Penalty Fee.

EQUIPMENT

1 Euro Trampolines with 4x4 beds (2 only if needed)

1 Euro Double Mini Trampoline with 6x6 bed

84' feet of Tumbling floor plus the 33' feet run up

All equipment and mats meet or exceed the USAG Sanction Rules

SEATING

Seat back chairs above the arena floor. There is NOT a bad seat in this venue!
